Fearless • Invitation-only operational layer

Earn your way in.
Discipline first. Ego last.

Fearless is not a public group and not a shortcut. It’s the top operational layer inside Alpha Security Forum. The path is deliberate: CPF → RED → Fearless.

Volunteer only
Lawful conduct
Training required
Radio compulsory
Non-negotiable: Fearless operators act within the law, follow leadership, and protect the integrity of the NPC. If you want status, this isn’t for you.
  • We do not tolerate vigilantism, intimidation, or “cowboy” behaviour.
  • Training and discipline are required before you are invited into Fearless.
  • Radio comms are compulsory at Fearless level (sponsored only if available).
Operational discipline
Fearless is built for coordination under pressure — calm comms, lawful action, clean reporting.

Who this is for

People who show up consistently, work within the structure, train, and operate as a team. Your actions represent yourself — and the integrity of the organisation matters.

If you’re not active in CPF work, you’re not ready for RED. If you’re not trained and operationally proven, you’re not ready for Fearless.

CPF → RED → Fearless

This is the structure. It keeps the system clean, lawful, and disciplined — and it protects the NPC from liability and chaos.

Step 1

Get involved with CPF

Start where community safety begins: patrol support, visibility, reporting, admin help, and lawful community assistance.

  • Attend CPF / sector meetings
  • Volunteer consistently
  • Learn the boundaries + process
Step 2

Invitation to RED

Once you’re active enough at CPF level, you may be invited into RED — operational coordination and higher accountability.

  • Structure + discipline
  • Verified intel and action
  • Follow comms protocols
Step 3

Invitation to Fearless

After consistent RED performance, training, and operations readiness — Fearless becomes an option.

  • Training attendance required
  • Operational readiness proven
  • Radio compulsory
Reminder: This is voluntary. No one is “owed” access. The structure exists to keep the platform effective, lawful, and trusted.

Acknowledgement & Entry

By submitting this form you acknowledge the structure, the voluntary nature, and the lawful conduct required. This is not the Fearless invitation — this is the start of the pathway and a formal record of intent.

Before you submit

  • You understand the path is CPF → RED → Fearless.
  • You accept that participation is voluntary and uncompensated.
  • You agree to operate within the law at all times.
  • You understand actions outside the law are in your own name, not the NPC.
  • You agree that formal indemnity documentation will be required if/when you’re onboarded operationally.
Zero tolerance: vigilantism, intimidation, assault, unlawful searches, threats, or misuse of intel.
Indemnity & Code of Conduct

Read carefully — acceptance is required

This is a voluntary community initiative under Alpha Security Forum NPC. By submitting this form you accept the terms below.

ALPHA SECURITY FORUM (NPC) — VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION INDEMNITY & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I, the undersigned applicant (“Participant”), voluntarily request to participate in Alpha Security Forum (“ASF”) activities, which may include community safety support, observation, reporting, communication support, and attendance of training and operations (“Activities”).

1) Voluntary participation (no employment)
I acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary. I am not an employee, agent, or contractor of ASF, and I am not entitled to salary, benefits, or compensation. I participate at my own discretion and can withdraw at any time.

2) Lawful conduct & compliance
I undertake to act within the laws of the Republic of South Africa at all times, and to comply with ASF’s operational protocols, leadership instructions, training requirements, and communications discipline. I will not engage in vigilantism, intimidation, assault, unlawful searches, threats, or any act that could endanger the public, myself, or the integrity of the organisation.

3) Personal responsibility for unlawful acts
I acknowledge and agree that any action taken by me outside the law, outside authorised protocols, or contrary to ASF instruction is taken in my personal capacity and is my sole responsibility. Such acts are not undertaken on behalf of ASF, do not bind ASF, and do not create liability for ASF or its office bearers.

4) Risk acknowledgement & assumption of risk
I understand that participation in Activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, confrontation, exposure to hazards, property loss, and other foreseeable or unforeseeable risks. I voluntarily assume all such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5) Indemnity / release (to the extent permitted by law)
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, I indemnify and hold harmless ASF, its directors, office bearers, volunteers, members, partners and affiliates against claims arising from my voluntary participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

6) Confidentiality & information discipline
I acknowledge that operational information shared in ASF structures may be sensitive. I will not distribute sensitive information, screenshots, or media outside authorised channels. Breach may lead to immediate removal and may have legal consequences.

7) Radio & communications
If provided a radio or granted radio access, I will use it only for authorised operational communications and comply with the communications protocol. Misuse may lead to immediate removal and withdrawal of radio access.

8) Acceptance
By ticking “I ACCEPT” and submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms. I understand this acknowledgement will be stored as a record of acceptance (including my name and submission timestamp).

Note: This page is a recruitment portal and acknowledgement. Additional formal onboarding documentation may be required if/when invited into operational layers.

Submitting without acceptance is not permitted. This protects you, the team, and the integrity of the NPC.

Radio request

After submission, a coordinator may contact you privately. Submitting does not guarantee entry into RED or Fearless.

Radio Request / Commitment

At Fearless level, a radio is compulsory. If you can afford the R300/month, you commit to paying it. If not, you can request sponsorship — but sponsorship is limited and only allocated if and when available.

Radio rules

  • Comms discipline is non-negotiable.
  • Radio use is for operations — not social talk.
  • Misuse results in removal.
  • Sponsorship is a privilege, not a right.
Note: If you are sponsored, and later able to pay, you are expected to take over the monthly cost.
